Yes there is a $25 charge if prepaid before the day of setup., we will bring 6 to 8 sandbags.

Yes! If you rent equipment for one day but want to keep it for the weekend, you can. Additional days are charged per rental, and we offer 50% off the second day.
The equipment is cleaned before drop off at warehouse, cleaned at drop off and cleaned at pick up.
The equipment is rolled up on the ground so we keep it very clean.
We are not responsible for the sprinkler system if it is damaged during set up . We suggest you mark out the area where you would like the bounce house, waterslide or tent set up before delivery.
We put 18” x 1/ 2 stakes into the ground 4 to 8 for bounce houses, 10 to 16 for waterslides and 4 to 8 for tents.
Yes. Each inflatable requires a standard outlet within 50–100 feet of the setup area. We provide 50ft extension cords. Please note if you need a further set up area, you need to notify us before set up delivery drivers. Each unit has specific size requirements. You’ll also need extra clearance around the inflatable for safety. We can help you choose the right unit based on your available space.
Yes. An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times to ensure safe play.
Yes we do refund and there is a refund charge or you can change your equipment to any date within a year time and that booking can only be changed for rain or will charge the full amount
